This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.

The applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No.0700 of 2024 registered at Fauzdar Chawdi Police Station District- Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(2), 119(1), 3(5) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-state. 4.

According to the prosecution, on the date of incident which took place on 29/11/2024 applicants assaulted the - complainant by stone and caused him grievous hurt, as he objected to the act of applicant No. 2 driving the two wheeler from the wrong side of the road.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have settled the dispute amicably. The learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, states that the applicants are ready and willing to pay certain cost to the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as the parties have settled the dispute, the following order is passed.

ORDER

a] The Application is allowed.

b] In the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime No.700 of 2024 registered at Fauzdar Chawdi Police Station District- Solapur for the offences punishable

under Sections 115(2), 118(2), 119(1), 3(5) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount, subject to payment of costs of Rs.15,000/- by each applicant to the Central Police Welfare Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of this order and the receipt of payment of cost shall be produced in the Registry.
