This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2.
The applicant is apprehending his arrest in crime No. 1246/2020 registered at Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur for the offences punishable under Section 327, 323, 143, 147, 148, 504, 506, r/w 149 of Indian Penal Code, section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act 1951.

Learned A.P.P. submits that the applicant is involved in four more crimes.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has not taken instructions from the applicant about criminal antecedents. It is not understood as to how the anticipatory bail application can be filed without taking instructions about the criminal antecedents, when that is one of the factor which Court has to take into consideration, while releasing person apprehending arrest on anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
