The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to implead the complainant as party respondent to the present application. Leave as sought is granted. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

The allegations against the applicant are of outraging the modesty of the complainant. It appear from the documents produced on record that the applicant is suffering from some sort of mental illness. There are no other criminal antecedents. In that view of the matter, the applicant shall not be arrested till the next date.
