Issue notice to private Respondent No.2. Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Applicant is directed to serve the Respondent No.2 a copy of this order and copy of the Application and inform Respondent No.2 about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof.

Private Respondent can through the Investigating Officer of the case inform whether she requires legal representation. Concerned

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against Applicant in view of the facts which have been considered as stated in the FIR and more specifically age of Applicant at the time of incident. 5.
