This is an Application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking Anticipatory Bail in connection with First Information Report No.323 of 2024 registered with Parksite Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 74, 75, 115, 351(2), 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with Sections 4, 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO').
