This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2.

The applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No.822 of 2024 registered at MIDC Police Station, Solapur city for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The allegations of cheating are in relation to transaction of sale and purchase of residential plot.

On 08.01.2025, this Court had passed the following order: "1.

Learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State seeks time to take instructions.

At her request, list on 23rd January, 2025.

The learned counsel for the applicants on instructions submits that the dispute between the parties is of civil nature and the parties have settled the matter amicably. Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, till the next date, the applicants shall not be arrested. 5.

The applicant No.2 shall attend the concerned Police Station from 15th January 2025 to 17th January 2025 between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm."

Learned APP for the respondent/State submits that the complainant was called to the police station to verify about the amicable settlement between the parties. The learned A.P.P. on instructions submits that parties have settled the matter amicably. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory bail. In the result the following order is passed.

ORDER

A) The Application is allowed.

B) In the event of arrest of the applicants in C.R. No.822 of 2024 registered at MIDC Police Station, Solapur city for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, they shall be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one surety or two sureties in the like amount.

C) The applicant No.2 shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall cooperate in the investigation.

D] Needless to mention that the applicants shall comply with the conditions of the settlement.
