The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to implead the complainant/victim as party respondent to the present application.

Leave as sought is granted. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the respondent/victim, returnable on 11th February 2025.

In addition to the Court notice, the Investigating Officer shall intimate about filing of the present application and next date to the Respondent-Victim.

The allegations against the applicant are of outraging the modesty of the victim.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is working in ICICI Bank and if the applicant is arrested, it would adversely affect his service career. It is submitted that the victim and the complainant were classmates.

7.
