By order dated 9th January 2025 this Court had granted leave to implead the first informant as party respondent to the present application and directed that amendment shall be carried out forthwith. By the same order this Court had issued notice to the first informant and granted protection to the present applicants from arrest. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to inadvertence, the necessary amendment could not be Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

11-ABA-20-2025.doc why the matter was not moved thereafter before this Court seeking permission to carry out the amendment as the returnable date was after 18 days. I am therefore constrained to vacate the interim order dated 9th January 2025. The said interim order stands vacated.

Amendment to be carried out within two days from today. If the said compliance is done, the registry shall issue notice to the First Informant, returnable on 12th February, 2025.

In addition to Court notice, the Investigating Officer shall intimate about filing of the present application and the next date of hearing to the First Informant/Respondent No.2. (N. R. BORKAR, J.) Sajakali Jamadar
