As on today, the only incriminating material against the present applicant is the statement of co-accused, i.e., husband of the applicant. In that view of matter, list the application on 22.01.2025 (HOB).

Till the next date, the applicant shall not be arrested. In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station from 14.01.2025 to 18.01.2025 between 11.00 am to 2.00 pm and shall cooperate in the investigation.
