Ms. Newton, learned APP submits that there are antecedents against the Applicant and the same are not disclosed in the

Anticipatory Bail Application. She tenders the chart showing the details of the antecedents against the Applicant, which are as follows:

In view of the said contentions raised by Ms. Newton, learned APP, Mr. Ajay Jaiswal, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application giving all the details of the antecedents.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application giving all the details of the antecedents. 4.

In view of the disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, nothing survives in the Interim Applications and the same are also disposed of.

However, Mr. Jaiswal, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that although the Applicant is in custody in C.R. No.475 of 2025, in this Anticipatory Bail Application, there is interim protection and the same be continued for a reasonable period.

Accordingly, the interim protection which is operating in Anticipatory Bail Application No.41 of 2025, shall remain in operation till 9th March 2026.
