The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Sessions Court has recorded erroneous findings that out of the transaction mentioned in the FIR, the present applicant had received an amount of Rs.23,71,600/-. It is submitted that the applicant has not received any amount out of transaction in question mentioned in the FIR.

In that view of the above statement, till the next date, the applicant shall not be arrested.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station from 13th January, 2025 to 17th January, 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and shall co-operate with the investigation.
