The applicants and the original complainant are exploring the possibility of the settlement as the offence is registered due to some difference between the parties on the agreement. Now, they are exploring the possibility of settlement.

Learned APP invited my attention that they are not approaching to the Investigating Officer and not cooperating with the investigating agency. As the applicants are already protected. Though they are exploring the possibilities of the settlement they shall cooperate with the investigating agency excluding the

909+910.aba.52+62.25.odt applicant - Hemandas Dayaldas Motwani who is aged about 75 years. Other applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when required by the police on issuing the notice of 7 days in advance and shall cooperate with the investigating agency.

On the request of both the sides, the applications be listed after three weeks.
