It is alleged that out of total amount of more than Rs.1 crore, defrauded by the main accused, the amount of Rs. 74,47,800/- was transferred to the bank account of the present applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is not the beneficiary of the said amount. His account was used for committing the alleged crime.

The learned APP seeks time to take instructions. List the matter on 29.01.2025. Till the next date, the applicant shall not be arrested.

In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station from 16.01.2025 to 18.01.2025 and thereafter from 20.01.2025 to 22.01.2025 between 11.00 am to 2.00 pm and shall cooperate in the investigation. The applicant shall hand over his mobile phone to the Investigating Officer.
