This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.832 of 2024 registered at Shikrapur Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 140(3), 3(5), 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

According to the prosecution, on the date of incident, which took place on 04.09.2024, the present applicant and other coaccused had abducted and assaulted the complainant by sticks, on account of previous dispute.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has nothing to do with the alleged crime. It is submitted that the wife of the applicant is pregnant and after delivery the applicant is willing to stay outside the limits of Pune district till Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

I have perused the injury certificate. The nature of injuries is simple. However, in the facts and circumstances it would be appropriate to keep the present application pending to avoid any further dispute between the parties, till the applicant shifts outside the limits of the Pune district.
