Heard learned advocates for the parties. PSI Mr. Sagar Thakre of Economic Offences Wing, who is the Investigating Officer in this case, is present. 2.

On instructions, learned advocates submit that considering the nature of the dispute, the matter may be referred for mediation.

On going through the record, I am satisfied that this case can be referred for mediation.

By consent, Mr. S. V. Purohit, Advocate is appointed as a Mediator in the matter.

The parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 17.02.2025 at 2.30 p.m. in the Mediation Centre of this Court.

Learned Mediator is requested to submit the report within three weeks from first appearance of the parties.

Since the parties are directed to go for mediation, learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, makes a statement that till final outcome of the mediation, the earlier statement, not to arrest the applicant, may continue. It is accordingly continued.
