Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to implead the complainant as party respondent to the present application. Leave as sought is granted. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the respondent No.2/ complainant, returnable on 11.02.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has nothing to do with the alleged crime. It is submitted that the applicant has borrowed the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- from the first informant and because of that he implicated the applicant in the present crime. It is submitted that the applicant has already paid the amount of Rs.4,75,000/- to the first informant and is willing to return the rest of the amount to him. 4.
In view of above statement, the applicant shall not be arrested till the next date.
