The dispute between the parties is in relation to sale and purchase of flat. The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants have already returned the amount of Rs.16,00,000/- and willing to return the rest of the amount. 5.

In that view of the matter, till next date, the Applicants shall not be arrested.
