This is an application for anticipatory Bail. 2.
The applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No.705 of 2024 registered at Bhosari Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2), 115(2), 351(1), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4 and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 r/w Section 135 & 37(1)(c) of the Bombay Police Act, 1951.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.P.P. for the respondent State.

According to the prosecution, on the date of alleged incident, which took place on 02.11.2024 on account of previous dispute, the present applicants and other co-accused assaulted the Complainant by deadly weapons and attempted to kill him.

I have perused the injury certificate. Injuries are of simple in nature. According to the prosecution, present applicants assaulted the complainant by fist and kick blows. Nothing is to be recovered at instance of present applicants. There are no other criminal antecedents. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory bail.
ORDER
(i) Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed;
(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with Crime No.705 of 2024 registered at Bhosari Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2), 115(2), 351(1), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4
and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 r/w Section 135 & 37(1) (c) of the Bombay Police Act, 1951, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount;
(iii) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall co-operate with the Investigation.
(iv) Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
