Mr. Ponda, learned senior counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been shown as an accused person, who has been charge-sheeted in the charge-sheet filed on 6 March 2025 before the Trial Court.

The learned APP submits that in fact, it is a mistake, which the prosecution has sought to correct by filing a requisite application (termed as an intimation). He submits that the concern Magistrate will hear the matter on the next date and thereafter the situation can be clarified.

Mr. Jha, learned counsel for the intervener submits that there is no need for any kind of an order to be passed by the learned Magistrate and the intimation itself is enough for such kind of a mistakes to be corrected. He also submitted that a false statement was made on behalf of the applicant before this Court on 15 January 2025. 4.

Mr. Ponda, responded to the submission made by Mr. Jha that false statement was not made on behalf of the applicant on 15 January 2025 before this Court.

On the submissions made by the learned APP, stand over to 12 June 2025.

Since the applicant has deposited a sum of Rs.63,45,000/- in the Registry of this Court as mentioned in the order dated 15 January 2025, passed by his lordship Justice N. R.
