The learned A.P.P. submits that there are about 18 victims in the present crime and process of recording their Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:
2025.01.20 18:49:01 +0530 statement is going on. As on today the only incriminating SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Sajakali Jamadar
904-ABA-87-2025.doc material against the present applicant is receipt of Rs.63,45,000/- from is his brother, who is the main accused in the present crime.

The learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that, applicant without prejudice to his rights is willing to deposit the said amount of Rs.63,45,000/-. However, the applicant be granted some time to deposit the said amount. 3.
The applicant shall deposit the amount of Rs.30,00,000/- before the MPID Court at Panvel within a period of four weeks from today and rest of the amount within four weeks thereafter.
4.
Needless to mention that the MPID Court, Panvel shall invest the said amount in the Fixed Deposit. 5.
The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.
6.
List the present application for further consideration on 20th February, 2025.
7.
Ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date.
