Learned advocate for the applicants would submit that a simple quarrel is sought to be given a colour of serious offence. Learned advocate has placed on record the supratnama application made by Santosh Lahane, the owner of the fourwheeler vehicle, and pointed out that in the said application, it was stated by him that this vehicle was not involved in any incident. The copy of the supratnama application is marked as article 'A'. It is submitted that on account of a dash given from behind to the Ertiga car, a quarrel ensued, and in the said quarrel, both the parties were injured. It is submitted that the report does not show that any weapon was used in the commission of crime. It is submitted that, therefore, they need to be protected from arrest.
