This Court by order dated 13.01.2025 had issued the notice to the victim and protected the applicants from arrest. 2.
The office remark shows that the Advocate for the applicant has not supplied the spare copy to the Registry for issuing notice to the respondent No.2/victim. In that view of the matter, I am constrained to vacate the interim order. The interim order stands vacated.

The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to supply spare copy to the Registry within two days. If the said compliance Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2
21-aba-95-25.doc is done, the Registry shall issue notice to the respondent No.2/victim, returnable on 11.02.2025. In addition to the court notice, the concerned Investigating Officer shall intimate about the filing of the present application and the next date of hearing to the respondent No.2/victim.
