Issue notice to the non-applicant.

Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of non-applicant/State.

The learned Advocate for the applicant would submit that main role in the crime has not been attributed to the accused/applicant. The only role attributed to him is that he gave kicks and fist blows to Ankush Pimpalkar. It is pointed out that the main accused Shrikant and Yash have been released on regular bail. Learned Advocate would submit that his custodial interrogation is not necessary. It is further submitted that he is ready to cooperate the police

The learned APP submits that no case has been made out for ad-interim anticipatory bail. The ad-interim protection may not be granted to the applicants. 6.

On going through the FIR and the role attributed to the accused/applicant, I am satisfied that he can be granted ad-interim protection from arrest subject to condition. Hence, the following order:

i] By way of ad-interim protection it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant - Sahil Dadarao Sawale in connection with Crime No.05/2025, registered with Police Station Civil Lines, Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 118(2), 115(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.

ii] The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii] The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Wednesday and Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

v] The applicant shall co-operate the investigating officer.

The protection shall remain in force till next date.

8.

Stand over after two weeks.
