This case involves invocation of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act as well as the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989. 2.

In view of the judgment of Full Bench of this Court in case of Aniket s/o. Shahadev Labade versus the State of Maharashtra and anr. reported in 2023 SCC OnLine Bom 2713, learned counsel for the appellant to argue as to whether the appeal filed under Section 14(a) of the Atrocities Act would be maintainable or not. At his request, stand over to 2nd December 2025.
