Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of not mentioning the words "anticipatory bail", the Registry has not registered the application filed by the appellant for anticipatory bail. This has resulted in inability of the appellant, to move the Court for continuation of the interim relief.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts, the interim relief is continued till 6th January 2026.
