Learned A.P.P. seeks time to take instructions. At his request, list the present application on 4th February 2025. 2.

I have perused the First Information Report, it appears that at the time of incident, the applicants were not armed with any weapon and only role attributed to them is that they assaulted the complainant and witnesses Machhindra Metkari and Akash Metkari by fists and kick blows. 3.

There appears to be no need of custodial interrogation. In that view of the matter, the applicants shall not be arrested till next date.
