The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with the F.I.R. No.0371 of 2024 registered at Wada Police Station, District Palghar under Sections 420, 464, 468 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is the case of the prosecution that the informant was assured of a job as a driver in Mantralaya based on a promise made by one Sagar Patil. Accordingly, the Informant paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to Mr.
Sagar Patil and sum of Rs.50,000/- to the brother of the present Applicant. However, since no positive steps were taken by Mr. Sagar Patil and Ashish Bachal (who is brother of the present Applicant), the Informant approached the police station and lodged an F.I.R. In the F.I.R., Mr. Sagar Patil is named Accused No.1, Mr. Ashish Bachal as Accused No.2, and the present Applicant is Accused No.3. 3.
The learned APP submits that Accused No.1 was granted Anticipatory Bail by the Sessions Court, Bhivandi. Accused No.2, who is the brother of Accused No.3, is absconding.

Mr. Rohan Holge, the learned Advocate appearing for the Informant submits that a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- is re-paid by Sagar Patil, and as far as a sum of Rs.50,000/-, the present applicant has re-paid this amount without admitting any liability. He further submits that his client, who is present in the Court, does not wish to pursue this matter, and is supporting the Applicant and the other Accused persons for quashing of the proceedings. He has no objection if Anticipatory Bail is granted. 5.
In view of the same, case has been made out to grant Anticipatory Bail to the Applicant. Hence, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and the following order is passed:
ORDER
(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R.No.0371of 2024 registered at Wada Police Station, District Palghar, the Applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

In view of the above, the Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed off.
