The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 973 of 2024 registered at Shirur Police Station DistrictPune Rural for the offence punishable under Section 108 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (for short "BNS"), 2023. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits the deceased and applicant were in love relationship. The parents of the deceased were against their love relationship and therefore she was in depression and thus committed suicide. In support of the said submission, the learned counsel for the applicant has filed on record the whats-app messages between the deceased and the applicant.

I have perused the said messages. Prima-facie there appears to be substance in the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant. In that view of the Pramod Lakare

List the application on 10.02.2025. Till the next date the applicant shall not be arrested.

In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station from 27.01.2025 to 30.01.2025 between 11.00 am to 2.00 pm and shall cooperate in the investigation.
