Learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to implead the complainant as a party respondent to the present application. Leave as sought is granted. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants, without prejudice to their rights and defence, are ready and willing to pay amount of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant. Issue notice to the respondent No.2/complainant, returnable on 30.1.2025. 3.

In view of above statement, the applicants shall not be arrested till the next date.
