Mr. Shailesh Chavan, learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed by Accused Nos. 2 and 4 arising out of Cr. No. 494 of 2024. He further submits that rest of the accused have already been arrested and regular bail has been granted to them by the Trial Court. Cross FIR has been filed by the Accused No. 5 in FIR No. 494 of 2024. The cross FIR is filed two hours before registering FIR No. 494 of 2024. Chargesheet has been filed against rest of the accused.

He submits that his clients are ready to co-operate with the police interrogation and will remain present in the Police Station if so required.

On the request of the learned APP, stand over to 3rd February, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption for 'urgent circulation.'

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken against the accused.

Applicants will remain present in the concerned Police Station tomorrow i.e. on 1st February, 2025 in between 4pm to 6pm and on 2nd February, 2025 in between 11am to 1pm, in order to record their statements by the police.
