Learned APP submitted that the applicant has shown himself as a Medical Practitioner and the observation of the Sessions Court also shows that the applicant has criminal antecedents.

In that circumstances, he be permitted to file reply and thereafter matter be considered.

Considering the submissions and the observation in the order of the learned Sessions Judge, at this stage, no case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection.
