I am faced with an incongruous situation where two Advocates have filed two different Anticipatory Bail Applications (ABA). First ABA is numbered as 129/2025 filed by Advocate Asha Rawal. Second ABA is numbered as 138/2025 and filed by Advocate Ms. Amrita Nair. 3.

When the matter is called out only the counsel holding for Advocate Nair is present before me on VC. Other Advocate Ms. Asha Rawal is not present. I am informed across the bar that Applicant had earlier appointed Advocate Ms. Rawal but she has thereafter given direction to Advocate Ms. Nair to file fresh ABA. This Court requests
