This is an Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking Anticipatory Bail in connection with FIR No.1373 of 2024 registered with Manpada Police Station, Kalyan for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 115(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act, 2023; Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(1)(w)(i) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989.

Issue notice to Respondent No.2 who is the mother of victim. 4.

Ms. Yadav, learned APP waives service on behalf of Respondent No.1 - State.
