This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2.
The applicant is apprehending her arrest in Crime No.351 of 2022 registered at Baramati City Police Station, District Pune (Rural) for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 r/w Section 34 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNS").

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent-State. 5.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is willing to deposit the entire amount allegedly misappropriated by her.

The learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State submits that the applicant is involved in six more crimes out of which few crimes are for the offene of forgery. It is submitted that the applicant is absconding in other crimes also. It is submitted that considering the nature of offence and as the applicant is absconding, she may not be released on anticipatory bail. 7.
The fact that the applicant is involved in six more crimes is not disputed. According to the prosecution she is absconding in one of the crimes. Considering the over all facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. The Application is rejected. (N. R. BORKAR, J.) Sajakali Jamadar
