The allegations against the co-accused in the present crime, who are the employees of M.S.R.T.C. are of submission of forged medical certificates.

The learned APP submits that according to the said coaccused the said forged medical certificates were handed over to them by one unknown person and the said unknown person is the present applicant.

As on today, there is no material on record to connect the present applicant with the alleged crime on the contrary the main Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

29-aba-135-25.doc allegations are against one Amar Shaikh. In that view of the matter, till the next date the applicant shall not be arrested. 4.
