The learned counsel for the applicant has tendered a copy of the affidavit dated 04/05/2026 across the bar, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

Perusal of the affidavit shows that applicant has undertaken that he will deposit remaining amount of Rs.14,00,000/- without fail on or before 30/05/2026, either before this Court or will credit the same in the name of the informant. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.
