This Court by an order dated 4th March 2025, referred the matter for mediation. Accordingly, the matter has been compromised between the parties and compromise deed/agreement was executed before the Mediator. The Mediator has accordingly submitted his report to this Court on 24.4.2025. Perusal of the said report shows that said document is duly signed by both the parties and their counsel. 2.

Accordingly, in terms of compromise deed/ agreement present application stands disposed of. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) No.1829/2026.

By this application the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.10/- lakhs deposited in this Court as per the terms and conditions of their settlement. 2, In view of the final settlement between the parties the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.10/- lakhs deposited by Sanjay Dhapodkar before the Registry of this
