Heard Mr. Kharat, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Gajare-Dhumal, learned APP for State.

This is an Application filed by Applicant seeking Anticipatory Bail in connection with C.R. No. 0649 of 2024 on 08.12.2024 registered with Rabale Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2), 3 (5), 351(2) and 352 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3.

FIR has been lodged on 08.12.2024, I have perused the same. The incident in question took place at the spur of the moment between two groups which is clearly evident on reading of the FIR. The precursor incident was a simple dash on the road which ultimately led to a scuffle followed by a verbal altercation and leading to a major

Be that as it may, learned APP is directed to place on record medical evidence within a period of one week from today in order to ascertain the veracity of the Complainant's case regarding his injury. 5.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Applicant.
