At the outset, Ms. Newton, learned APP submits that there are six antecedents against the Applicant which are not mentioned in the Anticipatory Bail Application.

In view of said contention raised by Ms. Newton, learned APP, Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application. He only submits that as the interim protection is granted by a learned Single Judge by Order dated 20th January 2025, the same be continued for a period of two weeks.

Accordingly, Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such, with liberty as sought. 4.
