In the present proceedings, the order has been passed by coordinate bench of this Court (Shri Milind N. Jadhav, J.) on 27 January 2025. For ease of reference, the said order is reproduced herein below :- "1. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the ad-interim order has been passed on 27 January 2025 by His Lordship Justice Milind N. Jadhav.
2. In view of the notice dated 8 February 2024, Registry to verify and Amol D. Nawale
7-ABA-160-2025 (CR).doc place this matter before the appropriate Court." 2.
Thereafter, the matter was listed on board on 3 February 2025. On that date, the matter was adjourned as it was unclear whether the anticipatory bail applications, in which interim reliefs had been granted, would be heard by the Court that passed the interim/ad-interim relief order or by the Court to which the matters of the anticipatory bail application had been assigned.

Today, the matter has been placed on board pursuant to a praecipe filed by the informant.

Considering the observations made in the order dated 27 January 2025, it would be appropriate, for the registry to verify and place the matter before the appropriate Court.
5.
The ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue until further orders.
