Mr. Shubham Gangan, the learned Advocate for the Complainant submits that he has received instructions from his client to appear on behalf of the Complainant-Vijaya Pawar. He submits that his client has not been added as a party Respondent in the present proceedings. He submits that it is necessary to add Vijaya Pawar as party Respondent and to be heard before the Anticipatory Bail Application is decided. ADN
