A photo copy of the statement of the Applicant recorded before the Police Officer has been tendered in Court. The said statement of the Applicant records that she has received Rs.17,70,000/- from Dhanashri Bhide and other investors. It is further stated that out of the said amount, certain amount have been paid as interest to the investors.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant however is disputing the signature of the Applicant on the statement recorded by the Police Officer on 21st June, 2024. Harish

The Investigating Officer is directed to check the veracity of the claim made by the Advocate of the Applicant as regards the signature appearing on the statement of the First Informant dated 21st June, 2024.
