Ms. Neha Rane, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would be filing a short additional affidavit, therefore, she seeks short accommodation.

Mr. Gangan, the learned counsel for the informant submits that as per the order passed on 4/2/2025, as regards the signature of the applicant on the statement recorded before the police, he submits that the said signature matches with the signature of the applicant on the vakalatnama filed before the Sessions Court.
