The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to implead complainant as a party respondent to the present application. Leave as sought is granted. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

The allegations against the present applicant are of outraging the modesty of the complainant. The learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State submits that the prosecution has already filed the charge-sheet in the present matter. 5.
There appears to be some financial transaction between the parties. In that view of the matter, till next date, the applicant shall not be arrested.
