The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that the applicant without prejudice to his rights and defence is willing to deposit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/-. The applicant shall deposit the said amount with the concerned M.P.I.D. Court within a period of four weeks from today.

Till next date, the applicant shall not be arrested. 4.

In the meantime, the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station from 27th January, 2025 to 29th January, 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigation.
