This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2.
The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.238 of 2023 registered at Shahupuri Police Station, Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.
The bail is sought on the ground of parity. In support of the said ground, the learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record the orders passed by the Sessions Court. 4.
I have perused the order of the Sessions Court. The Zeenat Pathan
914-ABA-186-2025.doc Sessions Court has released the similarly circumstanced co-accused Sonali Narendera Yadav, Moreshwar Koshe, Ramesh Koshe and Amol Moreshwar Koshe on anticipatory bail. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. In the result, the following order is passed :
ORDER
(i) The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed; (ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.238 of 2023 registered at Shahupuri Police Station, Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;
(iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall co-operate with the Investigation.
(iv) The Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
