The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 732/2025, registered with Police Station, Katol, Dist. Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. 3.
Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 1.4.2026. 4.
Learned APP waives notice on behalf of non-applicant/State.

The allegation against the applicant is that he has collected the amount of Rs. 1,12,821/- from the members of the Bachatgat but did not deposit the same with the bank. 6.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present crime. To show his bonafides, the applicant is ready to deposit the amount
49aba201.2026...odt allegedly misappropriated by the applicant with the bank within ten days.

Considering the submissions, scrutiny of the case diary is necessary which is not available today. In absence of affidavit in reply of the State, it will be appropriate to grant ad interim protection to the applicant. Hence, following order is passed: i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest of applicant- Sushil s/o Gangadhar Surjuse in connection with Crime No. 732/2025, registered with Police Station, Katol, Dist. Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, he shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Friday and Tuesday between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon for a period of two weeks and shall cooperate in the investigation.
iii) The applicant shall not indulge in tampering with the prosecution evidence and shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
