By this application, the applicant is seeking the relief of anticipatory bail in Crime No.922/2024 registered at Police Station Awadhutwadi, Tah. and District Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 417, 418, 421, 424, 467, 468, 471, 477-A, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of M. P. I. D. Act, 1999. 3.
The submission of the counsel for the applicant is that before the Sessions Court, the applicant was granted interim protection till final disposal of the complaint and she has abided all the conditions imposed on her by the trial Court during pendency of the application. 4.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the application stating that huge amount is involved and the applicant working as Clerk from 2008 to 2013 and thereafter, 2013-2022 worked as Manager at Umarkhed Branch and being the bank Manager is
2/3 responsible for the misappropriation of the amount and irregularities committed by his in the matter. 4.
The applicant has placed on record the documents showing that during pendency of the offence registered against her, she attended the concerned police station from 24/10/2024 to 22/02/2025 as and when he was called by the Investigating Officer. It is claimed that the applicant has extended his full cooperation to the Investigating Officer.

In view of above, I am inclined to grant ad-interim anticipatory bail to the applicant and proceed to pass the following order :
(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant Sheshrao S/o Bhika Jadhao in Crime No.922/2024 registered at Police Station Awadhutwadi, Tah. and District Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 417, 418, 421, 424, 467, 468, 471, 477-A, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of M. P. I. D. Act, 1999, he shall be released on ad-interim anticipatory bail on his executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. (ii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.
(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence
3/3 or obstruct the investigation in any manner.
(iv) The applicant shall co-operate in the investigation by attending the concerned Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till completion of the investigation.
