By this application the applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.922/2024 registered at Police Station Awadhutwadi, Tah. and District Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 417, 418, 421, 424, 467, 468, 471, 477-A, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of M. P. I. D. Act, 1999. 3.

The submission of the counsel for the applicant is that before the Sessions Court, the applicant was granted interim protection till final disposal of the complaint and she has abided all the conditions imposed on her by the trial Court during pendency of the application. 4.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the application stating that huge amount is involved and the applicant being the bank Manager is responsible for the misappropriation of the amount and irregularities committed by her in the matter. 5.

The applicant has placed on record the documents showing that during pendency of the bail application before Sessions Court, she has attended the concerned police station between 24/10/2024 and 01/03/2025 as and when she was called by the Investigating Officer. It is stated that applicant has extended her full cooperation to the

In view of above, I am inclined to grant ad-interim anticipatory bail during the pendency of present application. Accordingly I proceed to pass the following order :

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant Sau Veena w/o Ambadas Rekkawar in Crime No.922/2024 registered at Police Station Awadhutwadi, Tah. and District Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 417, 418, 421, 424, 467, 468, 471, 477-A, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of M. P. I. D. Act, 1999, she shall be released on adinterim anticipatory bail on her executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. (ii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or obstruct the investigation in any manner.

(iv) The applicant shall co-operate in the investigation by attending the concerned Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till completion of the investigation.
