Mr. Mubin Solkar, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that despite of an order passed by this Court yesterday at 2.30 p.m., the applicant has been arrested in the present C.R.No.499/2024.

The learned APP for the State submits that the applicant was

Diksha Rane 6. ABA 206-25.doc arrested and taken into custody at 2:00 p.m. yesterday from Aadharwadi Jail, Kalyan, where the applicant was arrested in C.R. No. 416 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 465, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999, before the order could be passed by this Court.

Since the applicant has already been arrested, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly.

In view of the disposal of the anticipatory bail application, the Interim Application is also disposed of.
